Full financial compensation after vicious dog attack
Our client went in the company of a friend to visit their acquaintance. He had never been to their home before. Our client owns and trains German Shepherds.
Whilst standing in the kitchen talking to the host their German Shepherd ran into the kitchen, jumped up and attacked our client causing him significant injuries to his hand and stomach.
Our client, being a professional chef, suffered a substantial loss of income whilst he was unfit for work.
Liability was admitted and he received full compensation for the value of his injuries and all the financial loss he suffered.
