Attack whilst Baby Sitting
Our client, a teenage girl, was baby sitting for friends when their dog viciously attacked her causing a substantial wound to her upper arm.
She required a skin graft and has been left with an unsightly cosmetic blemish.
Liability for these injuries has been granted and compensation agreed to cover the value of her injuries and the cost of plastic surgery to improve the condition of the scarring.
